Dunedin Guest House Excellent 8.9 The double room was extremely comfortable, the shower pressure was great, as was the heat of the water. John and Linda and the other staff were extremely helpful and obliging. The area is known to us and therefore perfect for our requirements. A very enjoyable stay and we would definitely use The Dunedin again.
Orchard Cottage Wonderful 9.2 Beautiful little cottage with everything anyone would need to hand . In quiet area but central to everything. Spotlessly clean and tidy.Nice and warm and welcoming. Tiggy was lovely too, helpful and friendly and making our stay a very pleasant one which we hope to repeat one day.

Artist Residence Wonderful 9 The staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and wonderful service. Style of the room was brilliant. Room 14- where did you get the bathroom floor tiles from?
Trereife House Excellent 8.9 Beautiful, peaceful house, splendid breakfast, really comfortable bed and wonderful hosts.
Sophia's B&B Wonderful 9.2 Lynn was very helpful, welcoming and cooked a great breakfast. The room was comfortable, clean, with a good ensuite.
The Lynwood Wonderful 9.1 We felt very welcomed fromt heminute we walked in. We were given all the 'do's and dont's' in a way which didn't seem over the top and which helped a great deal. The onwer also gave us great directions for where to eat and what best to do around the area. The close walking diustance to the seafront was also a real blessing.
The Queens Hotel Good 7.4 A comfortable hotel with really friendly staff. A fabulously comfy bed. The bar meals are really good too and nothing is too much trouble when ordering. Looking forward to going back there in September.
Union Hotel Good 7.3 The place was so beautiful, like staying in an English country house with its own lovely pub and a caring staff. Howie, who runs the hotel, was really a gem. He took such good care of us. My friend and I were going to see an evening play at the incredible outdoor Minack Theatre and he arranged for a cab to take us there and be there to pick us up after the performance. He even lent us a big, comfy blanket to help us stay warm. The room had an incredible view and all the modern amenities. The food in the pub was great and there was even live music. We had a wonderful 2-day stay. We were also able to attend the fund raiser they were holding for Wounded Warriors in the Ballroom. Yes, there was a beautiful, historical ballroom that took your breath away. I wish we could have stayed longer.
Cliff Hotel Pleasant 6.2 I liked the slightly old-fashioned (in a good way) feel of the place. As an oldie myself, I felt very much at home. Also, it was very handy for the train station.
