Easy walking distance from Kings Cross. Near pub, restaurants, and coffee shops. Felt safe returning at night. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They allowed us to make a last minute change to our reservation and changed our room because of a brief lift issue that was resolved the next day. Staff cleaned room daily.

- location is excellent (main reason we chose it); we took the train from Luton on arrival, then took the underground to Heathrow to depart. In between we utilized different modes of transport to get to and see everything we wanted. There were direct buses or trains, without transfers, to all of the major sights

Perfect for an overnight stop, especially for a Eurostar trip! Everything was fine with the staff and the room. We had a ground floor room which was small, with a very small bathroom, but ok for a short stay. A pleasant view of the street and St Pancras. Excellent location to visit the new area of shops and restaurants around King's Cross and Regents Canal.
