The welcome from the Head Porter, just after midnight, was one of the warmest I have had at any hotel; including ones I've stayed in for many months. He was well briefed, efficient in processing my admission, and just what I wanted after a long and tiring day. Other small touches such as free wireless internet access, a note explaining the concept of Best Western Hotels, and Marmite included automatically on the breakfast tray, all indicated a hotel which really cares about detail when trying to look after its guests properly. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, but will definitely return to Moor Hall if I ever need to stay anywhere remotely nearby, and have already highly recommended it to several friends.
