Must say the service was excellent, always pleasant, professional, and with a smile. Me and my partner had a wonderful stay Really beautiful and modern suite, with jacuzzi and amazing view, very stylish and comfortable. Even the small details stood out, like high-end shampoo and body wash (worth around €25 each, was so good we went to buy it ourselves. Perfect location near amazing restaurants. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Elounda, a quiet and charming village. The hotel is set on a hill and has amazing views, which we enjoyed every day. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for peace, relaxation, and a touch of luxury. Our villa had a private pool, and our 10-month-old baby, had the best time splashing around and enjoying the sunshine What made the experience even more special was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, but we have to give a special thanks to Despina, who went out of her way to make our little one feel loved and cared for. Dinner was always delicious and well prepared — we just wished there were a few more options to choose from.

The pool area and common facilities were above expectations. The views of the mountains and the water were beautiful. Everything was spotless. Buffet breakfast and all good and drink were exceptional. Staff was so very friendly and accommodating.

The entire resort is amazing. It is located @1/2 mile from town and there is a terrific supermarket in town where you can buy everything you need to cook in the kitchenette (which is very modern and nicely furnished). Our room was huge and had the best views for sunset. There are many places to sneak away and read a book or listen to music on the many verandas. There was a very nice bar area where many guests gathered at happy hour to lounge and enjoy drinks. Many of the suites had private infinity pools right off the living areas. The entire property was spotless and the staff were incredible, especially Eleni at the front desk - she was exceptionally friendly and so helpful! i would HIGHLY recommend this resort!

Everything. Locations, beach, food, rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. This establishment goes above and beyond to ensure guests are relaxed, enjoying themselves and well taken care of. Room interior is very accommodating and spacious. Scenery of the bay is gorgeous. We also took a boat trip by the operator at the hotel, which was absolutely charming and fun.

    It was very pretty and friendly, not too busy although I imagine it would be earlier in season. We visited end Aug into Sept. Lots of choice of restaurants and bars. Can get the bus to surrounding towns and villages or boat trips round the coast. Close to the island of Spinalonga which is interesting to visit.

    Elounda is a lovely safe area.

    Elounda is a lovely safe area. It is kept very clean and tidy. Good for young famalies and couples. Not so lively for teenagers, young adults with no clubs. There is a great choice of restaurants, most of which have great views. the quality of the food in general is good, the choice of food is very similar in most of the restaurants. The service of the restaurants is generally good, although many of them get quite busy at the same time, so you need to be patient.

    Amazing place.

    Amazing place. The small fishing town was a really nice place to visit for an evening off the all inclusive resort. Plenty of restaurants and bars overlooking a really nice harbour. We were lucky that our resort was right up in the hills and the views were stunning.

    Great location.

    Great location. Incredible views to wake up to each morning . Two beaches to choose from . Breakfast excellent . All staff could not be more helpful. Definitely recommend for family or a couple looking for a few days relaxing away. High end. Very civilised without being pretentious . Hotel full but did not feel busy .

    An exceptional stay in a true Cretan paradise! Elounda – Curio Collection by Hilton is simply outstanding. The location is breathtaking, the architecture blends beautifully with the natural surroundings, and the peaceful atmosphere invites you to relax from the very first moment. Everything is tastefully designed and impeccably maintained. From the warm welcome to the smallest attentions throughout our stay, the service was flawless. The entire staff was incredibly kind and professional — always ready to assist with a smile. A very special thank you to Chrisa, who truly made a difference. She was supportive, helpful, and incredibly warm, going above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Her genuine care and kindness touched us deeply. We left with unforgettable memories and are already dreaming of coming back. Highly, highly recommended!

    I have been visiting Elounda for around 8 years now....every...

    I have been visiting Elounda for around 8 years now....every year for at least a week. It is so easy to get around Elounda walking/strolling. If you would like to visit Plaka further down the coast and Aghios Nicholas Main Town the bus service is very good and just cost a few euros.Or take a taxi as the Taxi Rank is just near to the Harbour. Del Mar Cafe on the water front is a great place for breakfast, brunch, lunch, Drinks, Ice Creams. Popi the owner and her lovely staff mainly being her family or staff that have been with her for a few years are very welcoming. Dimitris Steak House Restaurant Has a Great Tradition Greek Food Menu with selection of other meals...Pizza's for example etc. Olous Restaurant for Food and Drink also very good selection. We have always found the People Running and Working in all of the shops and restaurants to be very welcoming, and friendly. They never forget "A Face" and always remember if you are a Return Visitor....Very Good Hospitality. There are several Italian REstaurants too...i have tried most of them they too are all wonderful. Eden Bar is Great Manos the owner....his sister Anita....are very welcoming The Drinks/Cocktails .....are great, They also serve food and open morning until late at night...highly recommend. I Love Elounda Love the welcome i am given and that l feel very safe in Elounda. The Beach is good to....Sunbeds to hire.

    We visited Elounda for a short business trip and found Alikes as it was recommended on TripAdvisor. What can I say, amazing hotel. The view from the balconies is breathtaking! All rooms are 5*, I cannot understand the 3* rating on booking. The mattresses are very comfortable, they look like they are brand new and probably they are because the toilet is recently renovated too with full amenities. Everything we asked we had it from the reception girls, they are very kind and smiling. For sure we will be back as soon as possible. Bravo Alikes!

    Kalypso Suites is right in the middle of Elounda. Everything is within a few minutes walking distance. I stayed in a suite which was really beyond expectation. The bed is the most comfortable I have had in a hotel in a long time and the suite offers great facilities with a huge outdoor patio.
