It's a lovely place, welcoming and nice staff. Chill atmosphere by the pool. Excellent breakfast. It's a small oasis.
We had to shorten our trip and asked for a refund and the staff was understanding and empathetic.

The utmost dedication of the staff to accommodate anything they can do the best of their abilities, from printing my boarding pass to reserving shuttles and cabs. Also the fact that the rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day is such a wonder to me, absolutely appreciate that.

The staff was amazing, friendly and was there for all we needed. The room was all we wished for. The Wi-Fi was good and the location was great for us.
Gournes is not big . Shops , tarvernas , fuel stations all close to hand and short walking distance to beach with lots more tavernas. Waterpark and Dinosaurs Park and Aquarium are all close by . Enjoyed by our grandchildren. Family orientated. Would recommend this to all potential hirers. Minutes from Heraklion airport .
