Rooms very old, furniture in bad state. No laundry. No kettle provided in room. Fridge so tiny. No plug for the bath. Sea is very dirty sand and lots of big rocks in water. Smells of sewer on patio facing parking lot. No duvets provided. No babysitting. Dining room is so crazy at eating times, like a mad house. No alacarta restaurant available at hotel. TV is a computer screen size. No kids english channel. The list goes on. Didn't know what to do as we didn't have any option available. We chose this hotel because of its name. "family".
We chose this hotel because of its name. "family". We asked for a cot in our initial booking because we have an infant 50days old. when we arrive during check in we mentioned it again and when we sent in the room not cot was there. We asked from the reception to provide a cot otherwise we had to leave, after an hour they told us that they finally found and is already in the room. Some hours later when we went in the room to sleep we saw that there was no mattress in the cot ! they put a blanket instead and they thought we wouldn't see it. Unreliable management a place NOT to be with an infant.
