The house was perfect for our family, our two children are 9 and 11. the beds wery very comfortable, the kitchen and living room spacy and comfortable. Ideal swimming pool, garden and terrasse. We even got a free bottle of wine upon arrival. Very helpful hostess who gave us tips for beaches, restaurants and trips. When we left the house we forgot our passports and one credit card in the house and we realised when we were on the ferry towards Zakinthos! Stefanos, the owner, was extremely helpful and serviceminded and sent us the package with the next boat. Thank you so very much😊

What I liked most was that it has beautiful beaches, a great location for beautiful sunsets. It is close to the capital Agrostoli. But it is a small place, there are not many markets, cafes and places for entertainment. But everything nearby is easily accessible. I liked it and would go again

Fab location, peaceful but not far from beaches, restaurants and bars. Car needed though. Beautiful beaches in each direction. Lassi and Argostoli have lots of lovely restaurants. Lassi has beautiful beaches. Assos is always a drive worth going. It's spectacular and take the 20 minute ferry from Argostoli to Luxouri and head for Petani beach. Crystal clear water and best sunset view.

Beautiful place quiet and tranquil that was in September, might be busier earlier in the year, lots of good places to eat. I think a car is needed to get around as there are lots of lovely places to go

The village of Minia or Minies in some guides, is located...
The village of Minia or Minies in some guides, is located next to the airport and to three beaches around. Ten minutes drive to the island main city, Argostoli. If you intend to visit the city for shopping or whatever other reason you do need a car or at least the exact location in order to facilitate the taxi drivers to pick you up and bring you back. The proximity of the airport is not a problem as the airtraffick noise is limited to just a few minutes per day.KonstantinosGreece

A handy recommendation: We were terrified with the road that Google Maps suggests to get to the property - it's extremely narrow and steep, truly only for experienced drivers. But we figured out that you can drive around the airport area and arrive to the property from the other side, which is 5 minutes longer but much more pleasant.

He kindly left lots of goodies to get our holiday off to an amazing start and was on hand throughout our stay to give tips of places to visit. The Villa was outstanding so clean and had everything you need to feel like a home from home. The pool area really makes it our girls absolutely loved it and the sunsets from the balcony were 👌🏼

Very spacious and well appointed home. The pool was amazing and was a good alternative when we got tired of going to the beaches. The property manager was wonderful and the other staff were great. We were pleasantly surprised that a cleaning lady and a pool maintenance guy came twice a week. Very attentive owner!
