2 room suite was large and very comfortable. Location was close to everything and having a parking spot was an added perk! The on site restaurant was super! Menu was well thought out with lots of options and food was delicious. The fruit and wine on arrival was a very nice surprise. We enjoyed it very much at the end of a hectic day. Thanks Mainalon !

The hosts kept in touch promptly about arrival and other questions. The apartment is well furnished in a fantastic location in the centre of town. There were some goodies in the fridge and a coffee machine. The bed was comfortable and the balcony would be great most evenings (not when it was 43 degrees outside though 😮).
Very quite city. Find restaurants easy. Access to the bus station and taxis. Mountains and beach within 30 minutes by car. Few museums and churches, parks and gardens. Convenience walking to the shops and plenty of cafes. Enjoy every moment!

I can't say much about Tripoli because I only spent one night there. But I fell in love with the apartment Diamerisma 65. So spacious, clean, and convenient. The lady who takes care of it offered us plenty of sympathy and… a full bowl of delicious cherries!

Great location.
Great location. The hotel is situated near a town square and wonderful park. At the evening the atmosphere at the square and the park is amazing. Full of people yet peaceful. Nice to sit down, have a drink and just enjoy the evening.

A great place to experience Greece away from the touristy areas. The city came alive every night about 8:00pm (early August) and it seemed everyone in town was out walking the streets and the squares, and enjoying the restaurants. The people were very friendly to us, and it was a great experience.

Tripoli is a business center off of the tourist track.
Tripoli is a business center off of the tourist track. We chose to stay there overnight because we had a very comfortable hotel at a lower cost than the tourist sites and it provided a good stopping point. We arrived on the evening of an annual marathon with hundreds of runners. There are wonderful restaurants on the opposite side of the town from where we stayed but there was no place to park on a Sunday night with all of the extra visitors to the town.
Great hotel, old but very clean, renovated, large bedroom and exceptional large bathroom for Greek hotel standards. Fantastic location at one side of a large square, with many Cafe stores and a votanical green park. Area has many nearby streets and squares with blocked traffic with numerous shops, Cafe stores, restaurants. Thus, Tripoli city is very nice for a few relaxing days with things to do. It has free protected parking for a few cars. Nearby paying parking lots are also available.
This is a very nice homely apartment near the major town square of Tripoli. It’s well located, spacious, well decorated, relatively modern, very clean, has a Smart TV with all the apps, adequate Wi-Fi, coffee is stocked, it’s very close to a large super market and is located across the road from a pharmacy. There are also many places to eat nearby!
Finally, the host Mary was also extremely polite and responsive, thank you Mary!
My family and I loved the clean comfortable room and most of all the hospitality! Being my children's 1st time in Greece, they were apprehensive of Tripoli. However, they called the owner their favorite neighbor at the end. She won our family over with her kindness, generosity, and most of all hospitality! We felt like home. We will definitely stay here again and refer Nice Stay to our family & friends!
Beautifully newly renovated hotel right in the center in the pedestrian street between the two town squares.
The rooms are roomy and nicely furnished.
The service is friendly with a smile!
There is hotel parking right next door and if it's full there is another lot right next to that.
Will stay here again
This was our first stay at Akrothea and it will not be the last. The hospitality of the staff is exceptional and they made us feel right at home. The hotel is beautiful with a view of the hole town. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone travelling g to Tripoli.
Great space with everything you could ask for! Loved the location, coffee maker, washing machine and living area. Our host even gave us little snacks and treats! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a convenient, quiet and peaceful alternative to a hotel in Tripoli.
Newly renovated apartment in a quiet area 3 minutes from Tripoli shopping, tavernas, and bars.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable.
Coffee making facilities and plenty of bottled water in the fridge.
There is plenty of parking at the back of the property
The hotel administration welcomed us very warmly, immediately showed us the place where we can park our bikes, even helped us enter there. Told a little about the attractions in the town, recommended a restaurant for dinner.
I would recommend staying at this apartment before going to a Hotel. A big apartment with excellent facilities. Very close the the main square, shops and a variety of food outlets.
The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
I liked the design of the room and the overall feel of the hotel. The modern technologies that they readily had installed for us to use. The breakfast although basic, it served it's purpose and had a modest variety.
I booked this hotel for my mum who was traveling there for holidays with her partner and she told me everything was great, really clean, had all amenities-even had a thing to polish shoes(!). She was very satisfied
Nice hotel, comfortable, in a good location in the very center of the city. Most rooms have a view of the main city square. The hotel is probably from sixties, but mostly well maintained. Good breakfast.
Love love love these people. So helpful snd attentive. They helped us order a van— the driver was fantastic! The hotel was close to the city center. Just pleasant. Clean. Food was good.
Modestly priced Family owned and operated hotel in Tripolis, Greece. Nothing fancy, room was basic, clean and well maintained. Continental breakfast. A good value in a central location.
We had a really nice stay in Tripoli, everything was perfect. The host is very sweet and available. The apartment was clean and spacious. I highly recommend it!
