The Kowloon Hotel Good 7.3 Great location. Use of the club room very positive. Fantastic breakfast.
The Salisbury - YMCA of Hong Kong Excellent 8.7 Value for money given the location was amazing. The included breakfast was excellent. Avoid the Mall Cafe in the lobby. Also, be aware that the YMCA pool and weight room is used mostly by locals who are members of the Y. We seemed to be the only hotel guests there when we visited. If you've been to the Y in the US, theirs will be very familiar.
The Mira Hong Kong Very good 8.5 New and modern. located near subway, stores. none better!
Royal Park Hotel Very good 8.3 The location very very closed to MTR station and shopping centre
Eaton, Hong Kong Very good 8.1 Location, courtesy of staff, they are quick to attend to our needs. Cleanliness of the hotel and surroundings. Value for money. I will surely be back whenever am in Hongkong and also will recommend to my friends and family.
Langham Place Mongkok Excellent 8.7 Good location in Kowloon. Nice SPA and view from rooftop pool.
Cosmopolitan Hotel Hong Kong Good 7.3 The hotel was perfectly located for ease of access walking to the main areas of nearby Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, and getting to nearby public transport (especially MTR and Buses). The room was clean and well maintained, with a daily service that was convenient and professional. Equipped with all the necessary modern conveniences, our room had a particularly wonderful view of the city, as we were on the 23rd floor. Staff were incredibly polite and courteous, and always professional - helping with luggage, opening doors, summoning the lift, etc. And when we checked out on the last day, the conceirge was happy to look after our luggage for the day (as check out was midday, but our flight wasn't until 11.30pm) freeing us to make best use of our last day, exploring the city. The complimentary Shuttle service (to Hong Kong station - which is the access point for the Airport Express) was also extremely useful! Overall, this hotel scored highly in all areas - and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else, and use them again!
Regal Kowloon Hotel Good 7.5 Arriving at the airport from UK, there was a long delay for the hotel shuttle bus, however the hotel rep was most attentive and took my luggage and me to a taxi, which was very reasonable. There was nothing not to like; the hotel looked very festive with its Christmas decorations. Check-in was swiftly done by Brian whose suggestion of an upgrade for a modest sum I accepted. This put me on th Executive floor with all the extras - ad lib coffee, drinks, etc and an excellent breakfast (Edouado was most attentive). But best of all I had the help of Tama Tang, Guest Relations Officer, who went out of her way to assist me with Internet, flight bookings, etc. it was my first visit to Hong Kong and the weather was appalling until the last night when. I saw the Nighttime laser light show and the city skyline in all it's glory. As a senior female, traveling alone, I felt quite safe walking outside at night. The metro service is incredibly efficient and dining out is a joy. A great few days!
Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel Very good 8.2 The staff on the Continental Club floor was helpful and attentive. They were very friendly and made our stay so very enjoyable. Many thanks to our new friends.
The Kimberley Hotel Pleasant 6.7 the quality materials of the lobby and room
