Great communication with the host, the best sleep in a very comfortable Room. She thought of every detail, and even included a welcome gift of wine and oil from the region. The yard overlooks the valley and it was just so beatuiful.

It was so wonderful to stay in this nice house in Juki (Buje)! Our host Marija and her family are so nice people. We were welcomed very warmly and we had everything we need. They were more than normal hosts. You can reach interesting places from Juki by car easily. Supermarkets and Restaurants are reachable by car within 5 Minutes. The only shortcoming was the lack of fast and reliable wifi, but for us it was fine as we enjoyed the cozy fireplaced heated home and the wonderful nature of nothern croatia.

The room was huge and once you closed the door it was 100% soundproof and quiet. Large luxurious bed. The spa and pools were lovely, upscale, and super relaxing. We loved San Servolo and enjoyed drinking the beer here. INCREDIBLE views. A little slice of heaven. Breakfast was big and sprawling, fresh and incredible. Such a nice addition to have included in the cost. This would've been a $30-$50/pp breakfast.

Our host was so friendly and let us bring our bikes inside the appartment for recharging the batteries. We have chosen this place for being so close to beautiful Parenzana biking road.

Breakfast service was excellent and served in the outside patio. The area is quiet and pretty. Excellent location to explore the nearby villages as well as the coast. Porec is just 35 minutes away. The staff was friendly and helfpul.

Triple room is very spacious with a small fridge, coffee facilities, cutlery etc. There is a jacuzzi, pool and beautiful sea views. It’s in a remote smaller village close to Buje but it’s a good base to go to Umag or other Istrian villages. We would definitely come back.

The hotel is charming and the the restaurant at the hotel has delicious food. Wineries and other restaurants are just minutes away with a car. We rented bikes from the hotel since there is plenty of tracks close by that were adventurous. Will definitely be back.
