The host was very nice and the room was very clean. It is in an adorable house surrounded by a beautiful yard. We were able to check out, leave our car, and walk over to the park in fifteen minutes. This allowed us to save on the parking fee and best of all be the first ones into the park at opening (purchased our tickets in advance). Highly recommend staying at House Milan!

Easy walk to old town with free parking, comfy rooms and engaging hosts. We loved the restaurant recommendations, especially since, we were staying in off season when many are closed. Such awareness and local knowledge is key.

The accommodation is a short distance from the Plitvice Lakes, a quiet and peaceful location. The apartments were clean, the rich continental breakfast is in the neighboring house, the communication regarding the accommodation is perfect. It's a shame that we couldn't stay longer. We will be very happy to come back.

This is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Personally, I recommend it because it is at the end of the road (just 2km), away from the bulk of the places like it, making for a nice quiet and slightly out-of-the-way place. The people are very nice and accommodating, like making us sandwiches to take away for breakfast since we left early. It shows just how few people do this because they had to figure out what they were going to do in this case. But, this is industrial type travel, everyone doing one night in and out, so it's nice but don't expect any contact with people who work there. Again, most people arrive late in the day and leave the next day, so you just need to be off that schedule a bit to enjoy the quiet and natural beauty. Then the people arrive and the empty echo of the place turns into noise. I asked the people who arrived to remember others were there and they toned it down - but the sound reverberates a lot.PeterFrance - 10Scored 10

we got in late around 8:30 from a long drive from Split. Waitress said kitchen was open until 9 so we were Happy. We ate right at the Hotel which had a very lovely dining room. Served great soup and salad. I had Pasta Bolognese which was delicious and my wife had the fish which also was good. Rooms were modern and clean yet the surrounding landscape was rustic, wooded and charming. We took a 10 minute nature walk right into Plitvice National Park the next morning.

Clean, quiet and good location. The host wasn’t very welcoming. The room was humid when we arrived but the host didn’t want to turn on AC. Minutes walk away from Entrance 1 of the national park. Lovely walk down the area to get to your apartment too. Downside - there isn’t any supermarket close by. The nearest restaurant is by the National Park, so make sure to stock up before heading over.

Nice new or renovated house. Friendly host. Excellent breakfast. 10 min walk to the park entrance. Beautiful lakes. Brilliant water color, very clean. Picturesque and numerous waterfalls. Too many people in the park. Long lines at the entrance, even with the tickets, and at the boat loading. Buses are overloaded. Few eating places. We had a dinner near our house, as our host recommended. It was held outside, in a cozy environment. The meal was OK. Very short menu, however.

It is a really good choice for travellers who want to visit Plitvice Lakes NP, as you can save a substantial amount of money on parking, which is free for Ljubo&Anna's guests.JustasLithuania

About 15mins walk from Entrance 1 and is shorter going through the carpark than up the main road and into Rastovaca ulica.
