Millhouse B&B Exceptional 9.6 Peter was there at the door to welcome us with grace and charm and tea, hot chocolate, and cakes. His porridge with a touch of cinnemon and cream made a good breakfast even better.
Temple House Wonderful 9.3 An absolutely wonderful place full of wonderful architecture and history. Residents feel as though they are valued guests of the family, and the accommodation, rooms, ensuites, and common areas are without comparison. I travel a lot and Temple House is by far the most remarkable I have stayed in. A truly unique and pleasurable experience. Food and hospitality was absolutely first rate.
Coach House Hotel Sligo Excellent 8.7 Very large comfortable family room. Family dinner that went off perfectly. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend.

    • Everything - location, advice on what and where to visit, weather, parking, accommodation and great choice of breakfast.

    • The most extraordinarily fabulous B & B I have ever encountered in this country. The luxury of he accommodation, the friendliness of the owners, the wonderful breakfast and the superb grounds would be the envy of a top grade hotel!

    • To stay in a stately home We would usually pay an entrance fee to see was a thrill. Mum and I were treated to a delicious dinner and breakfast. We learnt about the house and the Knights Templar Castle, where the house derives it's name, from our host. Nothing was too much trouble, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    • one of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed at - excellent, very comfortable, delightful breakfast. beautiful garden. attentive hosts. would have liked to stay longer in such a nice place and to see more of Co Sligo and Co Donegal. A real treat.
