Every team member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist. The hotel itself is situated in a stunning location, offering breathtaking views that truly made the stay exceptional. Whether enjoying a rich and wonderful breakfast on the terrace or simply relaxing in the room, the picturesque scenery never failed to impress. The surrounding area was equally charming, with plenty to explore and enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect blend of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll certainly be returning!

Exactly as described.You have everything you need! The bed is a couch that opens up and it was surprisingly comfortable.Everything was clean. We would love to come back. This is a restful place if you need some peace and quiet. Very nice and helpful host.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well organized. Plenty of towels. Very comfortable bed. There was even a bottle of wine, water, coffe capsules with the machine all filled and ready, and some snacks left. The apartment has everything you could need for Shabbat - platter, urn, dishes - everything. Beautiful views and the outside table and chairs had even been cleaned so you could sit down immediately without getting dusty. Would highly recommend - especially to anyone who has family in Protea BaHar, and wants to spend a Shabbat with them.

The place was as described. There is a big living area where we all ate together. (We rented 4 of the rooms and we're a large family). There is also a large outdoor area which is well kept. There is a beit knesset a 5 minute walk away.

The location was ideal to visit most of the sites on our itinerary. The property itself was recently renovated in a consistent fashion with matching hardware, practical and thoughtful furnishings, comfortable mattresses and pillows, etc. The bathroom was spacious, modern, and the hot water in the shower and sink was readily available. The property owners, Tomer and Roy, were the ultimate hosts. The wonderful daily breakfasts served was breathtaking. From the fruit bowls with yogurt, fresh cut salads, delicious baked breads, cream cheese and smoked salmon, croissants, fresh squeezed orange juice, and much more. The overall atmosphere of the property was warm, comfortable, and relaxing.

We booked a room with a sauna and jacuzzi. It was large and beautiful. When you first walk into the breakfast at Alberto, it looks like it is smaller than the breakfast at larger Israeli hotels. After you grab your plate, though, you see that it packs a very powerful punch. All of the food was delicious and you also get to order off the menu (which is interesting and equally delicious). The service was also friendly and great. We spent time in the spa, including very nice massages. The spa facilities are limited, but that goes with the size of the hotel, and here too the quality meant more than the size. It also was nice that the hotel is right around the corner from the historic and cute shopping street in Gedera.
