“Lovely, intimate little hotel, pleasant pool and poolside loungers and tables, excellent on-site restaurant with good prices and a lot of variety.”
“What a fantastic find. This hotel was great value for money. It's located off the coast in the hills above amalfi, away from the crowds. The rooms are simple but spotless with all you need & the father/sons combination that own & run the hotel are extremely friendly, helpful & hospitable. Cannot recommend enough!”
“First of all I would like to thank Maria and her family for their kindness. They helped me out in a very difficult situation (stolen wallet) and went beyond and above their duty to save my vacation. The rooms are simple but comfortable and very clean. The restaurant serves very good authentic Italian cuisine with a fast and courteous service The location is very good for those who intend to do mountain hiking but it's reasonably located to visit the whole Amalfi coast and even further locations like Pompeii or Herculaneum. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart, I will never forget what you have done. Gabriel”
“The staff, breakfast, location, facilities.”
“- increadable 700m above the sea view - service - frendly treatment”
“I can't wait to return to nido degli dei. From the moment we arrived we were treated with such kindness and care from Gabriella. She was helpful, and amazing cook, and always eager to help us plan our next adventure.”
“This is an excellent place to stay, very well run, friendly, helpful owners, great for self-catering and wonderfully located for anyone who wants to hike around the Amalfi area Perfect family holiday accommodation. Good wifi in the communal areas! Great family room Helpful hosts Fab location away from the hustle and bustle!”
“The location is really good, despite you need to enjoy driving in small narrow roads, but it's like that everywhere in Amalfi coast anyway, you'll get used to. It's a short journey to go to Amalfi and even praiano or positano. Then, when you are back to the hotel after a big day out, you can ask for one of their good bottle of local wine that you can drink on your private balcony. The meals are really good as well. For example, we had some amazing homemade pastas and a really good steak and homemade French fries for dinner once. The dinner price was affordable. When we left the hotel, the staff gave us a full basket of fruits, vegetables and biscuits for our lunch. Really, this stay was amazing.”
“We were the only guests at the place for the 2 nights because it is the non-Newtonian and it was very rainy, even some snow. But we got some great hikes in, including a loop to Praiano and back. Not far from the hotel, a 2-minute walk, is a spectacular view of the sea. Agerola is our favorite place in Italy, a throwback to simpler times. Staff was so accommodating!”
“Two young men run this hotel; their father is the chef. Lovely people, very helpful, great chatting with them. One of them recommended a restaurant around the corner where we had an excellent meal. Great art reproductions in the rooms. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful value.”
“A true family hotel run by Nicola and Assunta. Everybody is friendly, considerate and helpful. Delicious local food at reasonable prices. (Restaurant popular with locals) Scrupulously clean rooms (some with A/C) and premises. Ideal central location for both the Naples and Amalfi coastline areas as well as walks over the Sorrento penninsula. Well served by public transport. Pleasant swimming pool area. Comfortable beds. Free parking”
“We ate there breakfast, dinner and lunch.Everything was so fresh and tasty. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The owner gave us a ride to start point of our track to Valle dell Feriere, that was very near the hotel.”
“Paolo (forgive me if misspelled) was a fantastic host taking good care of us with his amazing cuisine and keeping us entertained with his stories. The views are great and you can easily go for many walks from there. Also to relaxing Bomerano for a Napolitana (expresso as taught by Paolo). The hotel was really quiet”
