Needless to say, the location was wry good. The hotel is clean and the staff of this hotel are beyond exceptional in terms of their hospitality, support and kindness. Tommaso at the reception helped in booking train tickets to Milan, and BIG THANK YOU for that. I came with family, and I would definitely came back again to this place.

Breakfast was very good. Expected a restaurant to be open at all times. Ads said 3 restaurants. There is one restaurant open for breakfast and the bar serves sandwiches after 1pm.

Loved that it wasn’t super far from everything and how tram, bus, metro was close too. Tha staff was just exceptionally nice which was a relief being from United States. So clean and beds were so comfy and pillows too which is important. Felt so comfortable.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff members were shockingly rude and displayed unacceptable racist behavior. Despite their promises, they failed to provide an invoice for my stay, leaving me frustrated after multiple attempts to follow up via emails and phone calls. It's clear that customer care is not a priority for them. Even the breakfast staff exhibited the same level of arrogance and disrespect. I've taken the necessary steps to file a complaint with consumer service in Italy. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment due to its unprofessional and disrespectful treatment of guests.
