Hotel La Zorza Good 7.3 I could not believe how close it was to the train station - it looked a little far on the map, but when you walk through the tunnel from the station into the town centre it is literally one of the first things you see. Also, the rooms had some exposed stone walls, giving it an old world feeling, but yet the ammenities were all so new I thought it had just opened! Also, downstairs is a really nice bar/cafe that is relaxed during the day and a fun place to party at night (plus you get a VIP 2 for 1 cocktail voucher). Breakfast included was also good, so two huge thumbs up!!
Locanda Ca Dei Duxi Good 7.3 The proximity to town, the sea and the walks. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly
La Casa Di Venere Very good 8 Location, helpful and very friendly stuff, clean and very pleasant place
Hotel Villa Argentina Good 7.4 We greatly enjoyed our four nights here. Our room had a balcony with two chairs and table and view one the rest of the village to the sea. Breakfast was nicely done. The staff were friendly and helpful. A wonderful place to relax and to use as a base for Cinque Terre.
Hotel Due Gemelli Good 7.6 Amazing place - really nice to be a bit away from the tourists too.
Riomaggiore Appartamenti Good 7.4 Due to complications with train travel, we arrived in Riomaggiore very late We found the contact person at his bar down the hill from the bed and breakfast. He was very kind and helped us get our bags to the room. Our room was spacious, comfortable, with a lovely little kitchen. We were able to have our dinner in our room twice. The location was ideal. We would definitely recommend this place!
Affittacamere Anna Michielini Wonderful 9 Very good hosts. Even though we arrived late (due to a train strike) they were happy to meet us with keys etc and ensure we were settled. Great spot with a cafe/bar opositve. Very quiet room though so don't worry.
Scorci Di Mare Wonderful 9.3 Staying at Scorci Di Mare for 3 nights was definitely the highlight of my 2-week trip in Italy, and i miss staying there already! Perfect location, right next to the sea, gorgeous view from our balcony. The apartment is perfectly clean, comfy and cozy. The fully-equipped kitchen (though the flying pan was broken) enabled us to make decent meals and eat at the balcony. Paolo is extremely helpful and friendly, and gave us many useful information on spending our time in Cinque Terre. Highly recommended! Just one minor suggestion. As there're quite some mosquitos during summer, would be even better if there's a mosquito net in the bedroom.
Casa del Borgo Good 7.3 Great location, near train and restaurants, large apartment for price. Staff met us in easy location to take us to the room. Very cool shower built into rock wall.
Allo Scalo Dei Mille Exceptional 9.6 great location, door to sea big bedroom, big bed, big bathroom
Fisherman's House Excellent 8.8 Really convenient staying right in the village. Easy to get to by train/foot. The place was the perfect size for 3 travellers.. Were originally skeptical because there weren't any reviews but it worked out very well. Giacomo was very nice, gave us maps and train schedules and left us alone the rest of the time. Would recommend to stay in the Fisherman's House.
Voce del Mare Excellent 8.8 The view on the balcony is unbelievable. You could spend a whole day just standing there watching the Harbor. Room is comfortable with air conditioner and kitchen. The chair in the room pulls out to a bed. Great place in my favorite town of the Cinque Terre.
Appartamento Mare Good 7.8 The view from the small terrace is beautiful. New kitchen with everything you need including washer and dish washer. There is a great lookout point in front of the building along a trail with benches.
Sottocoperta Wonderful 9.1 New & beautiful bright rooms. Ours had a fridge and a small pot to boil water for tea/coffee. Bathroom was great. There was also a line to hang washing under the window. Location was perfect! I don't think you could get better. 3-5 min walk from train station, it's located on the Main Street in Riomaggiore with 2 x grocery stores and many restaraunts and take away places in the same street. Also 1-2 min walk to a beach and small marina. Riomaggiore was our favourite of the 5 towns, it's less busy and just as beautiful if not more so than Manorola and Monteroso. Locals are friendly and Sara the owner was so lovely and friendly. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!
Pepita di Rio Very good 8.1 This was an awesome apartment. The view from the balcony is spectacular! It was clean and bright. The owner offered to drive us to La Spezia when there was a train strike!! Over and above I would highly recommend this apartment
