The property is completely renovated with proper detail to its architecture and design. The pool is very peaceful and overlooks a typical Tuscan landscape. The breakfast was excellent with homemade baked goods, savory, fresh local fruit, and good protein options. Great cappuccino. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and fun in a very professional manner. Claudio, Leonardo, Mariella, Monica, Alex, and Paolo really create a welcoming experience. I stayed an extra night, and it was difficult to leave. I will be back to do more suggested local activities. Thanks to all for a great stay.

We spent 6 nights in this BB accommodation and it was a really great stay. The suite room was comfortable, modern, clean and equipped with air conditioning which was a must in the hot summer. There was also a fridge and a living room. The best experience was the really rich and great breakfast. The hosts are very nice and friendly people. The price for the accommodation was more than acceptable. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

We liked everything in this hotel. Our room had two seperate rooms and it was very comfortable for the family. The owners are extremely nice hosts. The room was super clean with smell of soap in the bed sheets. The best part was the breakfast that they prepared for us, it was amazing.
The host was fantastic, gentle and informative, Always ready to help. The location is very good, close to the nice historical centre of Santa Maria a Monte and surronded by nice Tuscan villages. You can reach Florence, Pisa and Lucca in a very short time.
Amazing hotel, staff really friendly and very helpful, she has made us a once to remember breakfast and the mood was goood.
Room was very spacious, clean and warm decorated.
