Sulmona is a great place to visit. The town is lovely with great views and very popular with all ages. It has a good selection of restaurants and bars, along with takeaway options. I noticed a little bus, so perhaps now this meets the trains… However Roberto and Leonardo who run the hotel helped me enormously by collecting me from the station after I had been out with friends and dropping me off to catch the train to Rome.
