Hotels that guests love in Tsuwano

  • The dressing up in the yukata (summer kimono) was just beautiful with elaborate bows at the back, and the food there was unbelievably exciting not to mention there was so much if not too much to eat. We checked out early and went shopping and exploring the town, my son was tired as it was a hot day and went back to the ryokan to rest, they gave him a bottle of chilled coke and some cookies as he waited for us to return. They were most happy to help and serve. It was convenient to get around too.

  • The owners were friendly and accommodating, and since I can speak Japanese fairly well, I didn't have any problems with communication. The room was your basic budget ryokan style with shared o-furo and Western- and Eastern-style toilets available. The location was central. I didn't take the meals, so I can't comment on them.
