The staff is very friendly. The parking garage was a little hard to find but extremely convenient as it took you right to the door to get the elevator to check in. No getting wet if it's raining. I left some things in the safe by mistake, and they were quick to retrieve them and hold them for us safely. We were able to open the room's window, so the temperature was nice as we slept. Oh, the shower in our room was really cool! There is an opaque glass between the shower and the room. It's nice for couples!

    A pleasant town with some very agreeable corners such as Mitteldorf and the Princely Wine Estate. Excellent National Museum although the Art Museum is a disappointment as it contains virtually none of the wonderful paintings owned by the Prince, which surely could be shared between the Liechtenstein Museum in Vienna and the Kunstmuseum in Vaduz. It's easy to get around at the Liechtenstein Card is fantastic value, getting you in free to all sorts of places, including the winery. Remember though that few restaurants are open on a Sunday evening.

    Convenient location in centre of Vaduz's main street. Room was clean and comfortable although not luxurious. No air-conditioning, but an electric floor-fan was in the room in case it was needed. Staff were very friendly - the best discovery was the remarkable Jens - receptionist, tour guide, and raconteur - a fascinating, multi-lingual man of many talents and backgrrounds, with hundreds of interesting and relevant stories - meeting him was undoubtedly the highlight of my trip to Liechtenstein!

    I love this hotel. It is very much a traditional hotel so don't expect all the mod cons, but the staff could not be more helpful, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the food is amazing and it is perfectly located in central Vaduz.
