Hotel has good facilities and is easy walking distance to Jemaa el-Fna square and the Medina. I was pleasantly surprised to find I was upgraded to a larger room for free. Staff throughout the hotel are friendly, polite and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. We ate at the sky roof top restaurant and had a lovely meal and a nice bottle of Moroccan made wine. The service was very good.
The hotel serves a really nice buffet breakfast with plenty of choices.
