We unfortunately didn’t stay here for pleasure, it was a stopping point on a move. We like the location for ease of travel but also for the security. It was comfortable and we got to see the howler monkeys playing in the trees.

You really feel like a part of the family at Posada los Reyecitos. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and their family compound was lush and inviting and it was a fun experience to see what life was like in their village. The family was really sweet and will help you with any of your travelling needs and since I was travelling solo by train they arranged a Tuk Tuk for me to get to and from the cenote. The cenote was absolutely beautiful and I had it all to myself for awhile and enjoyed floating and watching the spider monkeys and butterflies and listening to the birds. Speaking of birds Miguel Colorado has a great number of turkeys which is different and fun! Anyways I would highly recommend Posada los Reyecitos and will absolutely be staying there again in the future.
