Extremely cozy, and friendly Eco bio dynamic environment.the architecture is outstanding. The stuff is extremely friendly, you can take kayaks for free, the food is excellent, ambitious and creative. However, if you are a walrus bring snacks ;)

We stayed at Casa Cactus Buenavista for only 3 days and we really regretted that we couldn't stay longer. Jey is a charming host who made us happy at every step during our stay. We didn't have to worry about anything - every day Jey prepared a detailed plan of what we should visit, where to eat a good dinner and gave us lots of other practical advice.
Casa Cactus Buenavista is a fantastic place to relax: silence, beautiful garden, very nice swimming pool. Every day Jey was
preparing a delicious breakfast served outdoors.
Since Jey speaks English fluently, I got a chance to have free conversations, which was very rare in other places in Yucatan.
Without a doubt, the stay at Casa Cactus Buenavista was the best time during the entire 3-week stay in Yucatan.

Great place that feels like an oasis among the 'real' Mexican town... it was great, safe, friendly, beautiful, fun - had meditation classes - great restaurant... but Sam and his staff were fantastic! Their private beach property was absolutely amazing... they even prepared a BBQ there for anyone interested. Sam and Alonso were Awesome... I was even invited to a party with them - which I accepted ;)
