The place to go for walking in Gelderland. Don't miss the 'Lochemse Beuk', a enormous, beautifully symetric beech tree 250-300 years old. The town centre is small and charming, and there are a few nice places to eat.

Nice large room with attractive furniture, including a comfy bed, and coffee-meaking facilities. Bathroom also modern, convenient, with cuddly towels and well lit. In a laid-back setting next to several restaurant rooms, there is a pleasant bar where guests can enjoy, e.g., a variety of streekbieren. Breakfast has everything you may want to find, including tasty coffees and do-it-yourself fried eggs. Friendly staff. Recommended :-)

Was worried about the church bells but they sound great and quiet when in the room. Hotel is less than 100yards from a old square with places to eat and have a drink, we stayed here on the way back from a trip to Denmark, perfect in every way Really nice owner

The area of Lochem is very nice and several towns can be easily reached. Very recommended! The hosts are very friendly and helpful as well!
