Very friendly people, very nice old town, great places to eat, farmers market near the old town, large pedestrian-only zone in the old town (making it a bit challenging to drive around), extraordinary shopping mall (Focus Mall -- if you are into it).

very pretty small town in the Lubusz Voivodeship. It has quite a few interesting monuments and varied attractions - from museums and a botanical garden to old town square and vineyards. Almost everything is in walking distance (if you stay in the town) and if you rent a bike you can reach everything.

Great location, small family hotel with excellent service. Rich breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Only quality ingredients, fresh. Clean and modern rooms and fast internet TV with Netfilix. Guarded parking at the hotel and beautiful nature around the hotel. I travel a lot and travel in 17 countries. This hotel is an absolute TOP for me. If you want to know the best, you must visit this hotel.

Very friendly people, and really nice views make this city worth spending time to recharge your batteries. It's not too big, so all places are easily accessible even on foot. Pretty city, newly restored and improved with European funds. It has a big pedestrian area (one of the biggest in Poland), interesting sights and landmarks, and modern facilities. As a downside, very few people speak English and communication is not easy with locals. Also I found people to be kind of hostile towards foreigners, especially if of a different ethnicity. I don't recommend for those seeking a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.CarloItaly - 10Scored 10

My visit was specifically for parkrun behind the Sports Center, where I met up with a number of friends all visiting from the UK. Most of us dined at Pizzaria La Gondola, who looked after us well, and several of us went to the water park at MOSIR Sport & Recreation Centre, which was great. It s a great location in the center of Zielona Góra, near Lubuski Teatr and next to Aleja Niepodlegosci, the pedestrian area and also close to my favourite shops. I enjoyed watching Polish TV and some old fashioned Christmas movies. A big plus is the delicious breakfast in the Jazzgot restaurant, 5min walking distance where you also get the keys. The Reception Desk staff greeted me nicely and answered all my questions. This is when I realized it was a good choice of a hotel. My room was very comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast was nicely prepared with lots of choices for everybody. The hotel is located very near Market Square.
