The location, the hotel and the staff are the perfect example for the concept Kronwell hotel. They exceeded my expectations despite the upgrade received as a gift. Also they are an example for making a surprise when coming with the partner. The facilities like pool, spa, lounge were excellent and perfect. Recommended with all my heart this hotel. Also I am planning next trip and also the New Year Party at this location.

The staff were excellent. I had made an error in my booking (my mistake) but the reception offered a very fair and equitable offer which was an unnecessary but welcome surprise. I'm in love with this city and there are a lot of things to do: you can visit the fortified churches in Harman and Prejmer, the village museumnin Harman, eat a very good fish at Fish4Life or learn more about the bears in Libearty Reservation. You can quickly go to Zarnesti and hike on Prapastiile Zarnesti, have fun in Brasov's Adventure Park or ride a beautiful horse in Cismasu.
