The best of all Tatras!
The best of all Tatras! We usually don't meet anyone on a 8h hike. Just beautiful mountains, streams, spectacular views and long walks. From Bobrovec it is easy to reach all mountain range - it's less than 1h drive to the western side of High Tatras (Stary Smokovec, etc.) and some of the trails start a few km up the road from Bobrovec. Tatralandia is 2 km away and the caves (the Ice Cave and Demanovska Cave) are only 30 minutes away. There are car parks near each trail start so if you have a car (rental at the airport) it is super convenient. This time we went in September and some of the days we had to walk in falling snow and sub-zero temperatures but this is not a problem for a prepared hiker (layers!) and the views are spectacular!
