Hotels that guests love in Natai Beach

  • Out of all the 6 hotels we've been in Phuket, this one has the most pristine beach. The sands are a joy to walk on. The resort itself is beautiful and has a lot of activities. The rooms were spacious and affordable. Love the architecture and the restaurants near the beach.

  • This is a quiet resort with two excellent restaurants - the food is amazing and priced reasonably. It has a beautiful spa that is a little pricy but opulent. There are cheaper alternatives nearby but not as beautiful. Staff are terrific good gym and free bikes for exploring the quiet local areas.

Aleenta Resort And Spa, Phuket-Phangnga Excellent 8.7 Luxury, accommodating, beautiful resort, relaxing, private beach, nice spa services and variety
The Hotspring Beach Resort & Spa Good 7.7 the pool, the restaurant the environment
Maikhao Dream Resort & Spa, Natai Phang Nga Good 7.8 The 'dream' might become a nightmare for more demanding guests but if like us you're relaxed about the lack of 5* service and happy to enjoy the most stunning landscaped pool, gorgeous rooms (we had the huge deluxe suite room 224) on one of the most beautiful stretches of almost deserted powdery sand washed by translucent warm sea, perfect for swimming, then Maikhow Dream will satisfy you every need. There is nothing at all to do here which means that you have to switch off. A visit to the nearby town costs 500 Baht return in a taxi. There's nothing to recomend it except to visit the booze shops for wine, gin etc. and lotus / tesco for beer, nibbles, limes and mixers / soft drinks. We filled our ice bucket each day and exclusively provided for our own drinks. This saved us a small fortune. The pool and beach bars within the hotel close at 16.00 (??) The hotel charges $15 US for two small beers and over $25.00 for two small glasses of undrinkable wine. When we were there, the hotel had run out of all but a couple of bottles of wine (2) even though their empty wine cooler should have housed around five hundred! A bottle of reasonablly decent wine, (if they'd had any) would have cost $120 US. Be warned. If wine is part of your dinner regime, stay elsewhere! The Thai food at the evening restaurant is quite supurb and the overworked staff do what they can to please. The curries, particularly the 'Massaman' will provide a taste sensation you'll crave again and again. Died and gone to heaven summed it up for me! A one course (2 dish) meal for two with plain rice and a bottle of mineral water cost us $21.00 US per meal per day. That's not expensive! If you head to the beach, face the sea, turn right and walk 300m you will find a small local restaurant above the beach. The food's okay but not even close quality wise to that of the hotel. Where it scores, is the more reasonably priced drinks.
