If you stay near the Eser hotel, best option is a taxi to the Metro Bus station (Son Durak) and from there you can get into the city (depending where you go its about 30 - 45 minutes for being at the more tourist places. The place has everything you need from the restaurants, shopping malls and boutiques , museum and historical sites and affordable restaurants and souvenier shops along the beach. People are helpful, friendly and honest. The beach has a nice view of the neighbouring towns around Istanbul. The place is quiet and peaceful and a bit far from the chaotic and buisy city of Istanbul.

It's a Turkish beach destination I think - somewhere for locals to get away for the weekend perhaps. But for tourists there isn't much to see or do other than wander along the beach (which is not "beautiful", speaking relatively). We were here for a wedding in the area so it was fine for our needs. The Esser Hotel has a nice pool on the top floor which you can pay to spend the day at (or free if you stay there, which you can do fairly inexpensively). If you want to see Istanbul stay more centrally as it can take 2 hours into town from here in heavy traffic.LauraUnited Kingdom - 8.0Scored 8.0

the area is full of different restaurants and there is always something going on. the beach was not that clean and the water as well. there are many rpivate beaches, where you can pay some amount and spend whole day under umbrella and deck chair. the black sea beaches are way more nicer! We rented a car and drove around. The places that I can recommend: Sile and Cilingoz Tabiat parki! The first one is more about sightseeing, with light house and the tower, the second is natural park with amazing beach!PolinaGermany

The staff was more than excellent i would like to give a special thanks to Mrs. Gulnar as she helped us a lot with everything single thing inside the hotel , she managed us well and she was professional in handling out issues throughout our stay. and also i would like to mention Barrak name from reception for his professional attitudes with us. Hooqua cafe is the best , and the staff is really friendly and cooperative

There’s also a spa and swimming pool that we didn’t utilize. Our room had a great view of the sea. The hotel is near the beach and many restaurants to choose from.
