The staff at front desk are efficient but not those at the Tour desk. I paid and confirmed for tours the following day but was informed at 8’ish that the tour was fully booked. They had at their discretion changed my booking from morning to afternoon. It had upset my entire plan for the following day and had caused me inconvenience moving from theme park to resort as the tours started from the resort . Wasted lots of my time traveling ! The buffet dinner and breakfast were nothing to shout about. Wide spread but sub standard. Better bring along cup noodles. Expected more free roaming animals at the resort but saw only one miserable giraffe ( brought out only at 10am and stayed for few hours ) , few goats, one alpaca , lemurs and flamingoes .ChengSingapore - 8.0Scored 8.0

The hotel location is far away from the taipei city, you are better to reserve a car to get there and the price should be around NT$900 ~ 1200. the hotel is close to the Leofoo Village, you can go to the village by walk around 3 minutes or by hotel's shuttle. you can see the wild animals out of your room. However, the luminance is not good enough. There have 3 nos. of restaurant for guest.AAnonymousHong Kong
