The breakfast was excellent and as a bonus included in the room rate. I liked the staff who were friendly and helpful. I live in area but abroad for now so it was good to come home. I also learned that I can get a 11% discount as I am a local resident which I will used the next time.

I didn't even stayed. I got there some time after midnight from the airport and the front door was locked. There was someone else who let me into the lobby to check in. Then the attendant told me that my reservation was canceled and that there was nothing she could do. She told me to ask for a refund and make a new reservation, then come back at 3 pm. It was about 30 to 40 degrees outside and I told her that I needed a place to sleep and she didn't seem to care or look for other options.
