Hotels that guests love in Baltimore

    • Great location - The hotel was about three blocks from the Inner Harbor, the staff was helpful and friendly. Wish we had a couple more days there to see more of Baltimore!

    • This was my first visit to Baltimore and I came to specifically see things in the inner harbor. I could not have picked a better location. Everything was in walking distance from here and there were two great restaurants at the hotel!! They had neat on site events with cooking demonstrations and wine :). I was very sad that I slept in and missed the breakfast because it smelled awesome, but I was very happy with the late check out time! There was also paid parking very close to the hotel, so we didn't have to walk around with our luggage.

    • This hotel wasn't bad, but $109 for over 20 minutes outside of Baltimore and not close to anything, is excessive. We ended up moving to a hotel at Inner Harbor and paid only $ block walk, for a two room suite. La Quinta should be more like $69 a night. Also, the pool was not clean. Hadn't been vacuumed in days. There was no lounge and breakfast was worthless. Desk staff was helpful and room was comfortable. A/C doesn't get cold enough though.

    • Very charming with lots of character. Location is fine if you are not planning on walking to Inner Harbor or Fells Point. Light rail station (Centre Street) is 2 block walk. Convention center and Orioles Park is about 3 stops. Parking at hospital garage is $3 overnight with validation at hotel. There is also free bus shuttle service around Baltimore.

    • The location was near downtown Baltimore, and close to the inner harbor (about a 5 minute drive) where we wanted to go for our trip so that was nice. There was also a parking garage right across the street from the hotel which only cost us $4 dollars to park there for the night. These were probably the highlights of the entire Mount Vernon Hotel experience.
