Great hotel, good location in Detroit suburbs, near restaurants, supermarkets and close to the highways. Bedroom (king bed one) was of a great size. Good breakfast and pool. Bed was incredibly comfortable.

    Staff was very nice and helpful.

    Staff was very nice and helpful. Facility was very clean and smelled lovely. Rooms were a decent size. The pool was shut down for more than half of our stay which was extremely disappointing. The location of the property isn’t near much so you will have to drive a ways to get to anything. I was still pleased with our stay.

    Every employee we encountered was so genuinely nice and friendly. This was probably the best hotel experience I've had - from the staff to the clean hotel rooms, great breakfast spread each day, and ready-made coffee/tea available 24/7. Plus, it was so close to great shopping. We would love to come stay here again! (PS - we didn't come with a pet, but I love that there were dog biscuits on the counter)

    The room was clean and fresh. The ambiance was nice, and the location is great for Bloomfield Hills and other nearby suburbs. The room at the back of the hotel was quiet and free from traffic noise from the nearby busy street. There was ample space for free parking, although some spots were far away from the entrance.

    The facilities and staff were exceptional. Our stay was amazing. The room was perfect and very spacious. Cameron at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The coffee is also top shelf. I give this hotel 11 stars :)

    I stayed for the first time 3 years ago on property and fell in love with this hotel. I will stay as often as feasible when I am working in the area. It is the best hotel in Metro Detroit outside of the city.
