Clean, quiet,convenient to airport, good quality shuttle service
The hotel was fine. But the shuttle transportation was terrible. On arrival at the airport we waited about 40 min in the rain for the van, watching the vans of other hotels go by twice in that time. We were told that other hotels' vans came every 15 min. On return to the airport the next morning, there were a lot of people waiting at 9:30 and the van was much too small. The next large van didn't leave until 10. Luckily we were just picking up a rental car. If we were catching a plane, it could have been a big problem. This is a deal breaker for us. We will not stay in the hotel again in the future

Convenient walk from the Crowne Plaza. Yangon - Burmese food, is outstanding; I have eaten there many times. Centro Pizza has really good authentic Napalese thin-crust, wood-fired pizza. Both are a short walk away. Other good choices as well, but these two are my go-to's.

It is located near San Francisco Airport via shuttle bus, and quite clean to stay. Good breakfast. However, the sound of the airplane taking off and landing is noisy. The sea view from the room is nice. However, the parking fee is $20/day, which looks quite expensive.

The hotel is pretty close to the airport and it located on a trail that runs along the San Francisco Bay.
When you have to use the shuttle to/from the airport it might be a long wait as the shuttle seems to run only every 45 minutes.

Even my family stayed fir only 1 night, I would say we felt very welcome to the hotel. The proximity to the airport is excellent. The view is amazing, and if you are a fan of planes, you can walk by the bay and watch those big birds arriving and departing from the airport. The room is very clean too. The breakfast is great.

Burlingame is centrally located and made it easy to visit family who lives in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Convenient to highways and stores nearby. Nice walkable downtown with lots of stores for shopping and great eateries.
Lovely hotel with great views of the Bay over towards the airport. Staff were great, helpful and friendly. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable with all the required amenities. Happy to also have a room with a safe as this seemed a rarity in other US hotels we visited.
Breakfast was the best we came across in our trip with lots of choices. Coffee and tea in the lobby at all times was also greatly appreciated.
Would definitely recommend/stay again.
We were given early check in, which meant the world to us, after a long flight from New Zealand. We are so thankful for that.

Air was stale and it was clear there was a lot of smoking in the room. The hotel is in need of a good cleaning or carpets replacement.

Beautiful Hotel and Vik (spell?) who checked us in was so welcoming and provided us exceptional customer service. Employees like him make you want to come back to the Hotel. A place to eat was also a plus and we had a wonderful meal with outstanding service. Outside of the dining area we met an employee name Luci who worked in the shop that you can pick up a snack. What a delightful person!
The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect. The hotel very comfortable. Also enjoyed the pool, after a long flight. The hotel had complimentary tea and coffee, plus fruit and biscuits. They also stored our luggage, and we used their complimentary bus shuttle t go to and fro SFO airport to the BART subway to visit downtown SFO. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
This hotel was a real find. I needed a hotel with airport shuttle, but the location is beautiful and the hotel is very nice. I had a room with a view of the bay and sunrise. Although you can see the planes landing at SFO, the noise is not a problem at all. The breakfast was also very nice with a lot of options and plenty of seating.
Great breakfast buffet style. The hotel seems outdated but somewhat clean. No issues with the room or the hotel in general. But the AC was not cooling down! Staff was somewhat friendly but not accommodating. Kept telling me to wait for it to cool down rather than switching rooms or at least bring a fan.
Great breakfast! Convenient place to stay after picking up our rental car after a long haul flight, before getting on the road the next day. We had food when we arrived at the hotel bar right before it closed at 10pm. The running/walking trails were perfect to stretch our legs when we woke up early.
The beds were extremely comfortable and cozy. The view from the room of the bay was amazing, a perfect location to walk and watch the fireworks! I loved the full service breakfast buffet and attention of the staff. I would definaly book this hotel again in the future.
The location and all that came with the hotel were very awesome. The hotel is super clean. The elevators are the fastest I've ever been in. The food is great. I do like the free drinks for the evening reception as well. The view of the bay is very romantic as well.
Everything about this hotel is bad. Staff, rooms, cleanliness, breakfast etc. everything is bad. A/c or heater disnt work. I called for help. They sent the cleaning guy to tell me that it doesn’t work and I have to wait until the end of long weekend.
Well I was shocked when they assigned me a room which was not made up and cleaned. The bed was not made and toilet was not cleaned.
Besides it looked a very run down hotel without maintenance for a very long time.
I loved the architecture of this hotel. The courtyard was very nice and reminiscent of old California. The location is great for views of the bay and an easy, nice walk to a good restaurant nearby.

Hotel was ok for my stay. Typical of a large chain hotel.
Only complaint was my room was at end of building directly facing Interstate 101 highway. Road noise was bad.
The location was perfect. 2 very comfortable beds. Staff were helpful. Only a one day / night stop over but walked into Burlingame on the afternoon which was great
