Hotels that guests love in Chicago

  • We have spent 5 days @ RSNA 2014 Conference in Chicago. Last year we tried hotels, this year we bumped into Premier Luxury on The 70 sq.m. apartment (#2902) was more than perfect, with one bedroom and one sofa, great kitchen, superb view, perfect location for us. Contributed the best ever RSNA-feeling and Chicago trip I had. Offerint to everyone.

  • The location is the best, the hotel is in the middle of everything ando you can walk to the most points of interest. Also is close to the blue train that takes you directly to O'Hare airport. The personal was very kind with us. I have no doubt in recommending this hotel. Definetly I would go again to this hotel

  • Hotel was so close to the tube station and found it so easy &cheap to use the train from the airport So nice to have the lake near by and the beach is lovely Navy pier being renovated but plenty to see / do there Loved Chicago

  • The hotel is close to the red line cta stop. From here it is a 5 min ride into the Loop. This is no 5 star hotel, but the low cost for staying here gives you great value for the money spent.

  • its located near division metra station which belongs to the blue line (that takes to the airport) (really practical) the hostel is 5 minutes walking from the metro station (really close!) and there is a supermarket and cheap shops stores in the area its really cheap compared to most of hotels and hostels in the city. It is worthwile according to its price. Confortable it is 4-5 metro away stations from the city centre (which takes 15 minutes) so u can get the city centre really fast the common areas are cook, big and confortable

DeWitt Place Very good 8.4 Like home.location is very nice. They are very helpfull.Rooms are clean and big.
River Hotel Fabulous 8.6 Hotel has the best possible location in the city center. It is a very well kept up old world hotel. The staff is very friendly and lets you feel at home right away. I travel 2-3 times a year to Chicago on business and will certainly stay at the River Hotel again.
Hyatt Regency Chicago Very good 8.5 Everything was tip top. I especially want to mention the head or patron of the steak restaurant, he was extremely kind and helpful and got us the best steaks we've had in our lives even though the restaurant was closed. We unfortunately lost the card but he had an Indian name. Our waitress was good, attentive and kind too. We think her name was Jess Tynes but unfortunately her name got lost with the card too. If you find the people we're talking about give them our best, we were two Icelandic girls traveling for a conference at your hotel.
HI Chicago Hostel Fabulous 8.7 so cozy room and pretty clean unlike my expectation, and other hostel. also My roommates are also awesome from Texas, and Columbia. We danced together, and learned salsa. 생각보다 많이 깨끗하고 방도 안락하고 편했습니다. 혼자 여행했음에도 편히 쉴 수 있는 공간이 있어서 휴식에 도움이 되었습니다.
Congress Plaza Hotel Good 7.2 Great accommodation. We stayed in room 1301. It had a great view. Had a bedroom and living room tv in both rooms. A refrigerator, table and desk. Plenty of room. Bathroom was large considering older building. Great location. Walked to the many parks and art exhibits. Also plenty of great restaurants around. Fantastic view wish we could've stayed longer didn't see any ghost!!
Raffaello Hotel Very good 8.5 Great location, helpful staff, all the stuff around. Wifi available at room, 5 minutes from metro station. My recommendation to book this hotel.
Warwick Allerton Hotel Chicago Very good 8.1 Great design, beatiful building with a history, located right in the heart of Chicago and the Magnificent Mile with all the great shops in walking distance. Got a great deal on price on Booking, too!
The Willows Hotel Fabulous 8.7 Great location with easy access to Diversy metro station and the bars/restaurants/clubs on N. Halsted. We had a massive room which was great for a 5 day stay. Staff was very good, professional and friendly. Continental breakfast was ok and you could take it with you to the room. Free Wi-Fi worked really well. Free access to good gym around the corner was an added benefit. Would defo stay there again.

    Our Kind of Town

Standing proud beside Lake Michigan, Chicago is down-to-earth, friendly, and abounding in culture. It has outdoor art by famous artists including Chagall and Picasso, and there are some fascinating architectural examples from the Art Institute of Chicago.

Home to blues and house music, Chicago has an eclectic music scene that reflects its spirit. The Windy City is also a pioneer in a variety of Americanized dishes from it's European immigrant roots like deep-dish pizza and the Chicago hot dog.

The world’s first skyscraper and Ferris wheel were erected in Chicago. The latter, on Navy Pier, is one of the Midwest’s most visited sights. Also famed is the ‘L’ transport system, whose raised trains circle The Loop, the main business district. Check out its skyline reflection in the shiny bean sculpture in huge Millennium Park.

Home of the Bulls and Bears, Chicago is a stronghold of sport and has teams playing baseball, basketball, American football and hockey, to name a few. If you get a chance, try to catch a game.

Chicago Midway and Chicago O’Hare Airport are both on the outskirts of this vast city, so make sure to leave enough time for travel from your hotel, apartment or hostel. And all that jazz.
