We were just there for a quick trip but would of liked to stay longer. Maybe next time we can plan a longer trip. We just ate at Texas Road House. It's busy in Concord but it's easy to get where your going.

i asked for a discount for our stay and was told by Stephanie she would give me points to use the next time we stay at a Holiday Inn Express and Suites but i am not sure we will be using the company again. We booked the hotel because it has a outside pool and brought swim suits and even bought new swim trunks for my son and husband and the pool was closed. the website for the hotel said the pool was already open and it was not. I asked for a discount and then was told to call booking.com i did and Hiba said she would contact Stephanie about it and she would call, text or email me back. I got a email saying they would only offer points for our next stay at one of their facilites.... this is not acceptable because our trip was not what we planned and spent money for.

The bed pillows were mini? Also the hair dryer hung on bathroom wall did not work. The room and hotel was very clean, friendly staff, satisfying breakfast, good outlets for phone, etc. Nice size tv and bed was comfy!DeborahUnited States of America

The hotel is just off of Interstate 85 and directly across the bridge from Concord Mills and a variety of restaurants and other shopping options! Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The beds were some of the best I have every slept on while traveling! We also loved the high water pressure in the shower and the complimentary Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, as well as Dove body soap! Breakfast was delicious and well-stocked with hot and cold items. Overall a great experience.
