The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room smelled a little, but overall very nice and comfortable. The lady who was preparing the breakfast was very nice. Staff very pleasant.

Staff is exceptional! Jennifer, in the Bar/Restaurant is by far the best to have worked at "Burger Theory". She has an incredible inviting friendly personality that exudes customer service. Also, Alvea, Jody and the rest of your check in staff are also warm, friendly and very welcoming.This is one of my favorite Hotels to stay at.
