The staff are trying hard, but the building is old & shabby. It is clean but run down. There is plenty of parking, but open & unsecured. I did not feel very safe. In contrast, Food in Fernley is GREAT. I had homemade ice cream & fantastic sushi @ Sushi Moto. & there is a great Black Bear Diner Apparently people eat but don’t stay…

We were close to downtown, but not in the thick of it. We were there for an event, so needed a place where we could relax at the end of the day and have a good shower. We could find good places to eat, although we had meals at our event.ShirleyUnited States of America

Hotels in Reno were very expensive so we booked this hotel 30 min down the road instead. It is set back off the freeway so it is pretty quiet. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the room was super clean which was much appreciated! Breakfast the following morning had a good selection and was tasty. Best hotel of our entire trip!
