The form saying " I agree to a $150 room cleaning fee"...
The form saying " I agree to a $150 room cleaning fee" should be gone or worded differently. The $50 deposit is ridiculous! Do not keep staff that don't smile or treat paying guests so rudely.

Hopkinsville is my hometown.
Hopkinsville is my hometown. CLARiiON point used to be the holiday inn and my mom retired from there. However, the place has certainly be come run down & dirty . It saddens me because of the good memories that I have there.

I love this area of Kentucky.
I love this area of Kentucky. The people are so nice, it's a safe area, and I always choose this city as a stopover while traveling across country because of that. There is also a lot of shopping (if you need) and the location is very convenient.

Unfortunately a town is represented by it's businesses.
Unfortunately a town is represented by it's businesses. There were multiple eyesores. Many people loitering, run down appearance, poorly maintained properties (business). We will definitely avoid this area in the future.
This is a brand new hotel so they have great amenities. The girls at the front desk or not the friendliest but the manager was phenomenal! And the person who delivered my room service was also phenomenal. I got pizza and wine after driving many many hours. It felt very safe and it was not noisy. I would definitely stay again. I love Kentucky.
Didn’t eat any breakfast didn’t converse with staff only for check in check out it hotel was old looked like someone had sat on 1 of our beds in our room asked for a view which would’ve meant the front main highway got the back parking lot was there to be with a relative who has cancer so wasn’t in the room
The staff was amazing. Everyone was kind and friendly, and helped us find the best places to eat during our short stay. We came in for an event that was held at the hotel, and everything was perfect! My son loved the pool so much, he didn't want to leave to go home.
Everything was great the service, front desk employees were helpful very nice, house keeping employees were great and friendly.. The Hamptons inn and suites of Hopkinsville Ky is and was I believe the best ive stayed in
The hotel was clean and nice. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good.
When we decided to not stay an additional day, the staff was able to work out a refund for us.
