The room was clean and comfortable. The food was fantastic and all the staff was very pleasant. We were only there for one night to catch our plan. After we stayed we thought this place and location was a spot I would enjoy as a destination.

We were there for a funeral so it was just a quick overnight...
We were there for a funeral so it was just a quick overnight trip. Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. Their coffee used to be better. We've stayed there before and I always enjoyed their coffee. I forgot my shampoo and there was only one small packet of shampoo which I thought was odd, but it was ok because my husband brought his shampoo. All in all everything was good. I recommend this hotel. It is very convenient to everything in Lake Mary.

The elevators were broke and we had a handicap person with us we were on the 3 floor so had to take the stairs multiple times a day which was NOT fun. The room had carpenter ants. There was a Reese’s cup shoved in the ac unit. Very obvious water damage from the room above us in our bath room. Windows were full of condensation and water from acs above dripping. No safety lock on windows they open all the way on the third floor-with children. The pool was very dirty. Sludge on the sides lots of stuff in the bottom of the pool. the handicap lifts did not work. The ladder in the deep end was broken. Come breakfast the selection was very minimal and I had to ask for more stuff to be put out. Which breakfast started at 8 and 8:30 there wasn’t much left. The biggest thing for us was the elevators being broken

Decent price for a one night stay, but the smell is nauseating. I would not recommend this place for that reason alone.
It mentions breakfast, and that includes packets of oatmeal and stale muffins. No juice or cereal or anything.

Great value, just 20 min from Sanford Airport. Quiet location. The room was very nice and had an upscale feel with glass shower doors and granite top counters. It was very well kept and well thought through in design.

The Staff.
The Staff. All of the Staff here is awesome, and is why I returned to stay here a second time for work. A bldg is a bldg, but the people here are AWESOME 🙂 anytime I have to come to this area, this is where I choose to stay. There are LOTS of great spots to eat very close by the hotel, easy driving distance within a few minutes and it’s a gorgeous area to drive around in. This time I drove an extra 5 min to the next town for dinner at Cafe Murano with a view of the lake at sunset.. omg can not be beat!

This beautiful hotel had everything we wanted for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was very sufficient, and the staff could not have been any nicer. It was central to several places we were visiting as well. We will stay here again when we travel to Orlando area.
This hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot with trees and sidewalks all around. The room was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t expect luxury, so we weren’t surprised not to find it. Restaurants and a grocery store are a few minutes’ drive, easy.
Pros:
1) Localization: far from downtown Orlando and the theme parks, but I was there for a conference in Lake Mary, so it was good.
2) Very silent: hotel was full and yet I didn't hear anyone else
3) Good shower, strong flow and hot water
Room extremely clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet and we were able to rest comfortably. The area is well located near good restaurants and attractions. Hotel staff capable and friendly. We were greeted warmly.
That's one of my favorite hotels to stay at when we're playing Tournament Baseball in Sanford, can walk to stores and restaurants, you don't need to drive anywhere

Beds so comfortable. Like the set up of the room with a little area to hang out separate from beds. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Staff was very nice!
