The room was shabby, not very clean, with holes in three walls. There is mold in the shower and a torn shower curtain. People in the room next to us were fighting and noisy all night! We would never stay there again!

Location, location, location. The staff was nice and friendly, the bed was ok, it was not dirty. In the end it's a hotel. If I'm staying in Cold Springs, I will probably go back.
