Just because you played a very discounted rate does not mean you should get the oldest dirtiest broken down smelly room in the whole hotel for a non-smoking room it was extremely smelly and I have an allergy to it so the whole next day I was not feeling well from the smoke annoying my allergies I just feel that just because I paid a really good discount through booking.com that they just threw me in a room that was completely unacceptable I’m very disappointed and I’m actually very angry they did not give me my $70 back it’s the right thing to do when you find bugs in the bedJenmurphy444United States of America - 2.0Scored 2.0

The toilet didn’t want to flush, they didn’t even change the bed sheets. Coffee spills was all over it, the room smelled. They didn’t bring us towels. Things was broken in the room. The T.V barley had channels in it. It didn’t even had the news. This was ridiculous. Never again

Methuen Massachusetts is next to a town named Lawrence Massachusetts which is possibly the third rung of hell. There are so many drugs and so many drug addicts around this area it is not safe to bring children nor is it safe to raise a family or walk down the street
