  • From the minute I checked in to the doorman hailing me a cab to the airport I felt I was a VIP. Like or not a hotel stay is reflective of how you feel about the city your staying in. The Hilton in Minneapolis represented in spectacular fashion. I will definitely be a return customer and my ccomplements to the staff and management at the Hilton Minneapolis. Special "shout out " to Mallory for raising the bar in customer service.

  • Very courteous staff. Unbelievable bed. Close to everything in downtown Minneapolis. After returning home I realized I had left a jacket in the closet of our room. Not only did the hotel find it they shipped it to our home for free.

Loews Hotel Minneapolis Excellent 8.7 Front desk was extremely friendly; Valet service was also helpful and accommodating.
Ramada Plaza Minneapolis Very good 8.1 The staff is very personable, especially Jessica in the lounge!
Hyatt Regency Minneapolis Excellent 8.7 executive suite was spacious restaurant was excellent and got a deal of $150 per night for a suite
Metro Inn Motel Disappointing 4.7 The AC went out and the owner did come into the room and fixed it. He was really nice and a very cool person.
Snelling Motor Inn Pleasant 6.2 close to airport, 3 min walk from Blue Line VA station
The Commons Hotel Excellent 8.9 The room and bed were very comfortable, clean and convenient. I like being able to order room service. All staff were very friendly and capable.
University Inn Very good 8.5 Close to Dinky Town and a great bus route, this hotel offers services unavailable at some of the fancier hotel chains. For instance, a free computer to use for the internet, an in-suite fridge and kitchen to use with included pots, pans, cutlery, and a toaster, free parking next to the building... My friend and I had just come from Chicago and had stayed in the Hilton and were not impressed with how many extra charges came into account, such as parking, no fridge/mini-bar, charges for local phone calls, charges for in-suite computer internet... So yes, we certainly enjoyed the contrast of excellent services offered at the University Inn in Minneapolis!
Aqua City Motel Okay 5.8 The staff was very nice and efficient. The area was quiet and away from the busy street.
