Metro Points Hotel Washington North Good 7.8 The rooms and staff were great. Staff all were very friendly. Location was right in the middle of all the places we needed to go and we had no problem getting around. Breakfast was good and if you wanted a different breakfast option there was an ihop just a few steps away.

    • All in all we really enjoyed our stay! The location was superb! It was so close to the Metro station and there was plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. The room was also clean and the staff very attentive.

    • The hotel is in a area that is surrounded but grocery stores and a few places to eat including IHOP which is around the building. The room was clean there were not broken items and it smelled clean like the staff really took there time on our room. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel also provided a shuttle from the hotel to the metro station so my husband and I didn't have to worry about walking or catching the metro bus.

    • Good value for the money in the D.C. area. The metro station is also a rail station so it was convenient to take the train to/from BWI airport. Good hot breakfasts each morning. Grocery store across the street.

    • The 10th floor we were on had recently been renovated and was lovely and clean. Staff were friendly. They have a free shuttle service to the metro train station which takes you downtown in about 20 minutes. It was a lot cheaper than staying in DC

    • Good location with free shuttle to the nearest metro station. Good breakfast, great parking lot and comfortable rooms. Will definitely consider this hotel when returning to the DC area.
