I was here for work. I was having major issues with a vehicle. It was too much new technology. Sri the evening manager has been incredible. Super helpful. I am happy that he hooked me up so well!

The heated swimming was great additional amenity of the hotel, and it was the most favorite spot of the family. The breakfast was really good. It was easy to locate the place. Definitely, we will stay again.

This was very convenient for our purposes.
This was very convenient for our purposes. The place is simple, very clean, and well run and we've enjoyed staying here very much. We will return here again. While here we discovered quite a few interesting restaurants within a short drive...Vietnamese, Korean, Indian, plus the usual favorites including friendly diners. New Cumberland is a very charming village with cute shops and places to eat.

Mixed opinion on this hotel.
Mixed opinion on this hotel. Less expensive than others, good location with restaurants and comedy club in walking distance. Accommodating staff. Room could have been cleaner and maintained better. I think they were short staffed in this area. No A/C in fitness room. Pool was great. Breakfast saved us $ and was good.

I booked a smoking room not realizing it until we entered the room. Being a non smoker i would not have been able to stay in the room. The gentleman at the front desk switched us to a non smoking room with no issues.

Worst and nastiest hotel I've ever been to.
Worst and nastiest hotel I've ever been to. And the staff were horrible and unprofessional. I complained about the room and how horrible it was and they said oh well I was still being charged for it cause I stayed there for a couple hours. So apparently this location doesnt care about their customer care. Also during that couple hours I actually walked over to the hotel next door and booked at a different hotel. In addition, they didnt have a remote for the TV cause apparently the house keeper had it and the front desk lady said IF they bring her the remote she will being it to me......it was already 1 AM.
The price was great, also Perfect placement for all we needed to do. Went to multiple amusement parks, and this motel was no more than 1.5 hours away from everything. 20 mins from Hershey, 1.5 hours from Knoebels, 40 mins from Lancaster/dutch wonderland, and 1.5 hours from dorney park. Also, did not see a single roach or bedbug. Everything worked including AC, toilet, tv, shower, fridge, and door lock. Many expensive hotels don't even have fridges or microwaves, so that was definitely a plus.
Very convenient to my destination, great restaurants near by, and pet friendly! Most of my interactions with the staff was very pleasant and they were very helpful. Rumor has it, it used to be half the price per night not too long ago, but definitely better than some of the other hotels in the area. I would probably stay there again if needed, but would probably spend the extra money to stay at the Best Western.
This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Some ol man walked in on my wife and we hadn't checked out yet all he said was so sorry. Rude the whole staff was ignorant to us. They celebrated Ramadan the day we got there un announced to us there was atleast 1000 people and over 400 cars that were racing around the hotel and setting off fireworks all night if I was you I would pass on this hotel.
Hotel is a bit outdated, random garbage everywhere, rooms where tiny and only had about 3-4 outlets none which were next to the bed to charge a phone. Ac worked fantastic, shower felt like I was in tiny closet, beds left something to be desired. It's ok if you're just looking for a place to sleep it's perfect. I paid $69 a night and wouldn't dream of paying anymore.
The hotel was so dirty I cleaned and stripped the beds down sprayed them down and put my own sheets and blankets on the beds I have pics of the bedroom dirty roaches crawling and everything. The ladies at the office more worried about my kids visiting my room then her staff keeping the hotel up to par.
The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, as it should be. Definitely worth the money. And the employees were very nice. Not that much at breakfast but not bad, your typical hotel breakfast. Overall, definitely happy and will be coming back! Worth the money!
The GPS navigation system in my vehicle had ceased to work and I had been lost in the New Cumberland area and was a bit frazzled by the time I arrived at the hotel. The front desk person was helpful and friendly which really assisted in claiming my nerves.
The most terrible hotel experience ever. The place was filthy and disgusting. The room smelled like smoke, even though it was non-smoking, the floors were so dirty you stuck to them and the sheets, toilet and tub were stained.
The pillows!!!!! I had stayed at a high end hotel on this trip and had to bring in my camping pillows. I was expecting to do the same but these pillows were perfect. The water pressure in the shower was also incredible.
it was extremely dirty floor and bathroom. Bed was in shabby condition . Mattress was all torn and broken . Bed bugs were a lot . I got skin rashes and allergy after my four day stay in this hotel.
When I checked in there was no towels in my room the hotel was out of shampoo and conditioner there was dust all over in my room there was crumbs on the desk and toilet was dirty.
I was unable to locate this hotel, And the surrounding area the grounds was dirty.
Staff was nasty
The phone stay busy
Bad customer service
I didn’t like nothing
