Super clean hotel, amazing stuff, breakfast included , a little coffee/tea section in the lobby. Our family stayed at the hotel for the 3rd time this year. Will stay again in case we would need to visit Venice area. Highly recommend. The best hotel in Venice area.

The staff was great. The building and room were clean and tidy. The only issue was a barking dog, however i was unable to determine where the dog was located.

    My wife and I have coming to Florida for 20 years .We have never been treated like this before. THE manager though he to above his customers to talk to them when they have concerns. He was not helpful at al. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The Staff was always helpful and friendly. There was no breakfast included. However there is a Restaurant in the Hotel which offers breakfast which is an additional trip expense. The room didn't have a microwave. If you want a rooms with balcony/pool view it can be very expensive. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

    My room was clean, with easy access to the pool, tiki bar and gym. It was also a short drive from the nearest beach. I had some of the best fish tacos here at the tiki bar. Breakfast was also very good. I also used the gym which was much better than most hotel gyms - nice view of the pool while you work out.

    This Hotel was near relatives and locations we visit when we come to Florida. We stayed in the Parkview Building so I cannot comment on the Main building's facilities.
