I was very disappointed because i only reserve two rooms and they charge my credit card for three roms I speak with the front desk girl and she tell me that iwas get a refund and a few days after the manager tell me that he don’t have a way to confirme tha situation and i had to pay for extra room I didn’t use. I will mever recomend you hotel.

There was obvious damage to some of the property before I arrived and the owner did not refund my deposit eventhough I informed him of the damage; which did not occur during my stay. This is a book at your own risk property; shady and dishonest business practices.

The area was full of life and activities.
The area was full of life and activities. Lots of people of all ages having a great time. The community was well lit, clean and secure which made us feel safe. The restaurant options were extensive, open late with a wide variety of things to choose from.

We are snowbirds who drive from Ontario Canada in mid December to Panhandle. We come to Pembroke Pines for three days to catch a cruise. Post cruise we drive back home. Have been staying at Grand Palms since 2014. We love the pool and golf. Hotel must of been a beauty at some time. Terribly run down, nothing has changed in ten years. We will continue to come.
