This Pennsylvania hotel is located within one block of the King of Prussia Mall which features 400 shops and 40 restaurants. The hotel features a gym, and continental breakfast.

The room was very cold when I arrived. Later the air automatically shut off. The room had a mildew odor. When I laid across the bed the top blanket smelled of mildew and urine. It seemed the bed was fixed fast because at Check in at 3pm the room had not been worked on yet. So, they may have rushed it and put the same blanket on the bed that was used by the person who stayed in the room before me. For this to be an accessible room it was very small. I could not turn my mobility scooter around. It was only because it has a shower that t he room was accessible. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food. Snacks in the lobby was expensive. Over $4 for 1 small bottle of Coke.

The ambience of the hotel was nice. Rooms were a good size as well. Convenience to restaurants and other nearby places such as pharmacy. The neighborhood was beautiful to the eye with parks nearby and public transportation available if desired. Breakfast included had enough variety for the family and plenty of seating for us.

    I booked my stay there with Booking.com.

    I booked my stay there with Booking.com. They charged me for the whole stay. Then Extended Stay took my Credit card for accidental charges but charged me for the whole stay and amount is quite big - more than $800. Its been 2 months since and I still did not receive my money. Stay away from this place!

    Love the mall it has everything in it and great restaurants...

    Love the mall it has everything in it and great restaurants all around it. Dave n buster's is right there and lego land miniature is in the mall. Its also located where you can take ten minutes and be in center city,or go to the zoo and children's place. If you like farmer's market your not far from chestnut hill.its clean and the roads are ok.very easy to get onto the turn pike.

    There is Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Family owned sandwich...

    There is Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Family owned sandwich shop and a Medical Marijuana Dispensary with a drive thru directly out the front door of the hotel. There is a mall with a Whole Foods across the street. Direct Highway access at the intersection makes this location an easy drive to many tourist attractions in the Delaware Valley with Center City Philadelphia about 30 minutes away. There are local hiking trails near by and many of shops and restaurants.

    No hot water for shower.

    No hot water for shower. Staff shrugged it off as everyone was using it but it was 10am? There are no local guides in rooms for restaurant menu, things too see and do? Even the Best western has those amenities. No list of channels for tv. Gym is closed. I will never return

    Horrible the view was horrible the stay it’s self was not worth the money I paid. Stained hotel sheets should be thrown away not reused after you wash them and they don’t come out. And they need to offer room service

    The hotel was great, local gem food places like Tony's Pizza...

    The hotel was great, local gem food places like Tony's Pizza right down the street and Thirsty Dice down the road. Legoland is seconds from the hotel and keeping kids busy for hours and not breaking the bank!
