We loved staying here. The shuttle driver, reception ladies and bartender were all fantastic. Kind and so helpful.
The property was super clean and beautiful.
The fitness center was great. All the equipment worked and they had a great variety of workout options.
Our room had two queen beds. These beds were out of this world. Soooo comfortable! And the pillows were the best. We had such a great night’s sleep.
The rain shower and soft huge towels were super.
We loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Very high end products.
Starbucks coffee (coffee maker); very cold refrigerator; and great microwave. The huge TV was excellent with so many options: regular TV, streaming channels, local activities and hotel
information.
The room was quiet. No hallway noise; minimal outside noise considering its proximity to the airport.

Traveled with family of 5. The room was super clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. The shower and sink water was super nice and hot. Wi-Fi worked great for kids' Xbox. Plenty of plugs/outlets to charge phones, tablets, and laptop. Plenty of parking. I wanted to eat the free breakfast, but didn't have time. The location of hotel is great, a lot of shopping nearby and close to major highways.

It’s an industrial/naval city so nothing like Savannah for example but there’s still a lot to do for certain interests and a lot of energy there. Fun for a couple of days but no more. Not enough tours available. However, we really enjoyed the ferry and the rentable scooters!

The views were nice from my room and the location was ideal. However, no streaming service available, wifi was spotty at best, the phone in the room wasn't functioning so you had to walk back to the front desk, the elevators were loud; you heard them all night long, there were homeless people taking cushions from the exterior lounge chairs to sleep on the bench outside the hotel, there was garage parking that was an extra charge, concierge stand but no one ever working / near it and the front desk staff weren't friendly or helpful in any way.

There was no breakfast, the rooms have mold, shower curtains have mildew, room curtains have burn holes as well as the blankets. Sheets and towels are soiled and discolored, room phone doesn't work, remote control didn't work, ice machine was broken, toilet clogs up and you have to plunge it yourself 😗. This place is a dump and should be closed down. Not to mention the maintenance guy sell drugs on the property among several other long term tenants. It's disgusting and they have the audacity to charge $100 a night. Please help me close this property!

I had a conference in Norfolk waterfront but booked the hotel in Portsmouth. I am very happy about it. It was cheaper and to get to Norfolk was so easy. There is a town ferry that goes every 20 minutes. The ride cost is just $2! I enjoyed restaurants in Portsmouth. Very nice little town!

I absolutely loved the waterfront view, and walking around.
I absolutely loved the waterfront view, and walking around. During our travels this time around we basically had a full agenda, and a short vacation stay. Looking forward to coming back and exploring more of Portsmouth, VA.
Immediately upon entering the location I felt like I was at home. It's beautifully staged. I felt as if I were in a presidential suite. The kitchen was fully equipped with cutlery, pots and dishware. As well as basic spices, which was a pleasant surprise because I usually buy or bring spices and this time I forgot. The shower head rivels those in the best hotels and I didn't mind the extra water pressure. There's a water filtration system, which is always nice. I will most definitely return when I travel back to the area!
The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean when I entered.
The location is great and I enjoyed several restaurants around it. I was there for a conference in Norfolk waterfront and took a very quick ferry ride for just 2$. The ferry Station is just 10 minutes walk. It was very convenient and fun to take a ferry. The parking is free and very convenient.
The hotel was quiet and peaceful.
The woman who handles the breakfast bar is the best employee at this location. She is such a kind woman and keeps a smile on her face! She really helped me feel better about my stay. I wish her well!!! The breakfast was suitable and nice! the location was perfect for limiters members needing to go to the naval medical hospital Portsmouth.
I cannot praise both the staff and the cleanliness of this hotel enough. It's obvious that the team prides themselves on how clean this hotel is and their friendliness to guests is genuine and warm.
My room was comfortable, my bed was the right level of firm vs soft.
I loved Ms Hedy, a total gem and a delight to talk to each morning.
The hotel was in a central location to the places we wanted to be. Pets are allowed, and although we did not bring ours this time, this is one of the biggest reasons we have chosen this hotel for the past few trips to Portsmouth. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The parkinglot was well lit and neighbors were quiet.
Loved how the room kinda exceeded my expectations. When you pull up to the building it's kind of older so u think oh no not another run down hotel. With some renovations and painting the building it would be a 10. Location makes it a little sketchy as well. But the girl who helped at the front desk was the bomb.com.
Hotel was cheap everything. All interior fixtures pealing & warn. Water pressure in shower was terrible. Mattress very uncomfortable & hard. Cleaning service never came in 4 days, we had to ask for clean towels every time. Oh and hot tub not working. 🤣 but the gym was nice, clean and quiet.
Everything.. literally everything was great, this was my second time staying here and I would definitely recommend it, the beds are super comfortable, it's quite in the rooms no thin walls, the view of the water is amazing, just really great hotel
View over to Norfolk from the bedroom to the naval shipyard. Also the proximity to Portsmouth centre was great, the ferry terminal adjacent for access to Norfolk was very convenient
Nothing at all... There wasn't a breakfast available. I just wish could have review the inside of the hotel/room. Therefore I wouldn't of lost money. It was terrible
It was my wife birthday Jan 1. However, the hotel had no type of entertainment for to be a New Year. We was a bit disappointed, it was dead in such a pretty hotel.
The room was renovated over the last couple of years and it was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is convenient to everything.
