Laying in that bed was like floating on a puffy cloud!
Laying in that bed was like floating on a puffy cloud! View from bed was absolutely breathtaking! The shower was Amazing… perfect water temp within seconds, water pressure was OUTSTANDING and the high shower head made it wonderful since I’m tall!
The only thing that may have been not so great is the view from the balcony… ( paint store next door… but I think if the store was painted and given a beachy look it would of been better)
But honestly the comfort of the bed which was absolutely INCREDIBLE, The Tropical view thru the French doors from the bed was STUNNING, and the AMAZING shower was worth every penny and then some!!! I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be back!!!

Great place, clean and beautiful beach, dogs not allowed on the beach and I had to leave mine at the hotel but it's alright, it's a way to keep it very clean and comfortable for people with no dogs.

A lovely town with much to see. Shopping and restaurants are very accessible either by trolley or on foot! We really enjoyed Casa Romantica, the pier, and the bookstore! Great food and beverages at the Fisherman’s on the pier! Lovely breakfast at the Sunrise Cafe!

San Clemente is a beautiful place.
San Clemente is a beautiful place. We love the atmosphere here. It's a nice beach and the restaurants and shopping are everything we love. The farmer's market on Sunday mornings are one of our family's favorite things to go to.

The employee allowed us to check in early so that we could get ready to attend a wedding that afternoon. That was outstanding customer service. The only thing that could have been better, was the shower was in need of replacement, so it was hard to adjust the right temperature and not working very well.
The Sea Horse Resorts location to all of San Clemente and the pier is amazing. The view from the living room and the openness of the kitchen and living room were exceptional. One night we walked to Nick's, another night to JD's and Iva Lee's for live music. We also ordered pizza that was excellent from the place right down below our hotel and down the street a 100 feet. We had breakfast downstairs too. Really super convenient that the Sea Horse provided beach chairs and towels and had a beautiful garden you could layout too.
Charming, quaint 1930s motel, semi renovated, wonderful staff, great location. We’d stay again. You need reasonable expectations - it’s cheap for San Clemente. They’ve made it cute with extras like a tiny picnic area and dog area, nice linens, table/stools in room. But it’s old and not soundproofed. The main negative is it’s on a busy street and noise is significant. The positives are: super kind staff, 5 mins from T-Street beach, awesome bagel/coffee cafe next door.
The location is great for visiting people at the Cristianitos Gate of Camp Pendleton, and being near the beach. There are a lot of excellent non-chain restaurants in the area, and it's a lot more pleasant staying in San Clemente than in Oceanside. The pool is a huge bonus. Rooms are spacious. The staff are all very nice, friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel is always easy, too.
I grew up in San Clemente since 1957 and I have never stayed there. It was really nice to be able to actually stay at the beach even though we only had two days we are hoping to get it again next year for a longer period of time. If we can figure out how to get it early enough.
We love love, love this little cottage and our vacation there !!
The staff was super kind, I forgot some packages there during my stay and they were very helpful in sending them back to me. The room was huge and very complete with a desk. It's close to the beach and to other cities where it is more expensive to stay like Dana Point or Laguna Beach. San Clemente has a beautiful beach too for surfing.
I absolutely love this location!! It fits all of our family needs and is so close to everything that we love in San Clemente. Highly recommend this place. Nomad's, of course, has an amazing restaurant, so it's super convenient for eating. The room was beautiful and we can't wait to return! Staff here is extremely helpful.
I 100% recommend this hotel. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay and it was nice and clean. The Wi-Fi speed was also great and the location pretty good. I didn't have the chance to see the restaurant or pool but I'll probably do it next time I'll be there.
I 100% recommend this hotel.
I used to live in San Clemente and this was just like being back at home
The place has a cool little ambience and could easily be the subject of Quinton Tarantino movie
I enjoyed my stay very much and had the best night sleep I've had in about 2 months
The outside of the hotel and the room is super cute. The room is very spacious and Roku is on the TV. The hotel is located close to San Clemente's nice shopping and dining options. The hotel is small with only six rooms per floor which could be nice.
I like to housekeeping service for my room each of two days and the stuff was very nice, friendly to me since I stayed there. The location of hotel is really good and there are some nice spot close to hotel for bunch, lunch .
the location of the hotel and my room in particular were better than i expected. it was so easy to get around and we never had to get in the car to get great food or beach access. the balcony was our favo
We loved their pancake machine and pool. Spacious boutique hotel. Reasonable room. Breakfast! Comfy parking. Meets good standards and is a reasonable no hassle stay for one night on the road.
Checking in/out was very easy. The front desk clerks were very kind and accommodating. The hotel is in a nice location in San Clemente with plenty of food and a few bars nearby.
The room was huge! The decor was really nice, the bathroom was amazing also. The whole renovation of this hotel was outstanding. Would definitely recommend.
Location was lovely. Close to beaches and restaurants. Quiet area of San Clemente but walking distance to downtown. Shower was great. Clean and large room.
